The Decree enters into force on the day of publication in the Collection of Laws.
Abstract

This Decree of the Ministry of Environment sets out requirements and standards applicable to polluting substances, with a view to enhancing the protection of the ozone layer. The Decree establishes (i) maximum allowed quantities of imported controlled substances, according to Annex 4 of the Air Protection Act; (ii) maximum allowed quantities for hydrochlorofluorocarbons; (iii) conditions to request the permits specified in the Air Protection Act; and (iv) conditions for using controlled substances.
