Abstract This Decree of the Ministry of Environment, which is composed of six articles and one Annex, establishes the procedure concerning the protection of birds living on the territories of Member States of the European Community. Protection measures refer to capture methods and conditions for marking special protected bird species. The procedure established by this Decree relies on reasons of ecological research and migrations.
