Abstract This Decree of the Ministry of Environment, which is composed of 11 articles and six Annexes, establishes, in accordance with the legislation of the European Community, the form of application for the use of hydrochlorofluorocarbons as replacements for halons, the form of the book of equipment, method of identification of controlled substances and products containing them, notification and reporting procedures, mandatory procedures for handling controlled substances, fluorinated greenhouse gases or equipment containing such substances, and scope of required knowledge for the recovery or destruction of controlled substances.
