Abstract This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture, which is composed of three articles and two Annexes, implements the relevant regulations of the European Union and establishes the list of forest tree species, the reproductive material can be put into circulation only as identified, selected, qualified or tested (the list specified in Annex 1), and the list of tree species, which may be included in the National Programme described in Act on introducing the reproductive material of forest woody plants of important species and artificial hybrids intended for forest regeneration and reforestation (the list specified in Annex 2).
