Abstract This Decree determines the competent authority, the processing of applications for the issuance of a special permit for commercial fishing, the validity of the special permit for commercial fishing and the method of notification of the fulfillment of the annual permitted quantity of fish caught for the implementation of Regulation (EU) No. 1380/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the Common Fisheries Policy, amending Council Regulations (EC) No. 1954/2003 and (EC) No. 1224/2009 and repealing Council Regulations (EC) No. 2371/2002 and (EC) No. 639/2004 and Council Decision 2004/585/EC, last amended by Regulation (EU) 2017/2092 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 November 2017 on the amendment of Regulation (EU) no. 1380/2013 on the common fisheries policy (OJ L No. 302 of 17 November 2017, p. 1). The Ministry issues a special permit for commercial fishing for each fishing vessel of a member state for the calendar year.
