Abstract This Decree prescribes the detailed hygiene-sanitary requirements for equipment and premises for facilities in which food is treated (also in terms of water and energy supply, food waste, thermal processing of food, packaging and transport) at all stages of its production, processing and distribution, including primary food production with supporting activities.
