Abstract This Decree of the Ministry of Environment, which is composed of ten articles and three Annexes, lays down details on construction waste and demolition waste. During construction, maintenance of the building and removal of the building, the following types of waste are collected separately: (a) construction waste and demolition waste that can be prepared for reuse or recycled; (b) removed building materials that can be used as a by-product after fulfilling specified conditions; (c) construction waste and demolition waste that contain or are contaminated with hazardous substances. During construction, maintenance of the building and removal of the building, construction waste and demolition waste containing hazardous substances or contaminated with hazardous substances are handled in such a way that there is no contamination of other construction waste and demolition waste intended for preparation for reuse or recycling.
