Abstract The Decree of the Ministry of Environment is composed of five articles and four Annexes. Taking samples and making analysis of waste water is executed within the operational monitoring of public sewerage. Making analysis of waste water consists in controlling amount and composition of waster water and other used media generated in the process of clearing waste water and sludge which is executed so that it secures preventive protection of objects and equipment of public sewage, control of contractual conditions of releasing waster water to public sewerage, stability and effectiveness of processes of clearing waste water and the quality of sludge allowing to be applied on land.
