Abstract The aim of this Decree of the Ministry of the Environment is to regulate management of returnable packaging of beverages. The present Decree is composed of four articles and lays down the amount of desposit for reusable packaging and a list of returnable packages, which are not reusable, and the amount of deposit for them.
