The Decree enters into force on 15 February 2004.
Abstract

This Decree of the Ministry of Environment, which is composed of eight articles and one Annex, establishes: requirements for keeping operational registration of air polluting stationery sources ; scope of information which operators of such sources must submit to regional environment authorities. The Decree applies to operators of big sources and operators of medium sources.
