Abstract This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of seven articles and three Annexes, lays down provisions with respect to concentrated milk and milk powder. Annex 1 provides requirements for individual types of unsweetened concentrated milk and unsweetened condensed milk, sweetened concentrated milk and sweetened condensed milk, and milk powder.
