This Decree enters into force on 1 August 2018.
Abstract

This Decree of the Ministry of Environment, which is composed of ten paragraphs, lays down requirements for assessing the impact of plans and concepts on European important sites and bird areas (par. 1 to 6) and requirements for assessing the impact of serious interference with nature and landscape conservation (par. 7). Provisions of this Decree shall apply to the assessment of the effects of plans, concepts, spatial development policy, draft principles of spatial development, draft territorial plan and assessment of the impact of interference with protected interests the processing of which began after the date of entry into force of this Decree.
