Abstract This Decree of the Ministry of Environment, which is composed of ten articles and seven Annexes, establishes, according to art. 62 point m of the Air Protection Act: (a) the list of paints, varnishes and products containing organic solvents intended for the surface treatment of vehicles, construction objects, constructions and their parts with the aim of limiting the total content of volatile organic compounds in them; (b) limit values for the maximum content of volatile organic compounds; (c) labeling of the packaging of regulated products; (d) requirements for limiting emissions of volatile organic compounds when using organic solvents in regulated products.
