Abstract This Decree of the Ministry of Environment sets out quality requirements for fuels used on vessels flying the flag of Poland and navigating in inland and marine waters. It also establishes: sampling methods in order to examine quality of fuels; duty to report on the amount of sulphur present in these fuels; conditions for certifying quality of fuels. The requirements are set out with a view to protecting air against pollution caused by these fuels.
