This text entered into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette (published on 30 June 2021).
Abstract

This Decree, based on the provisions of the Federal Law on environmental protection, determines the projects for which an environmental impact assessment is mandatory, projects for which Federal Ministry of Environment and Tourism decides whether an impact assessment is needed on environment, criteria and additional information to help with determining whether an environmental impact assessment is required. This text transposes the provisions of the Directive 2011/92/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on the assessment of the effects of certain public and private projects on the environment.
