Abstract This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture, which is composed of nine articles and four Annexes, implements the relevant European Union regulations and lays down provisions concerning professional competence for plant protection products: the scope and content of the course for certification and additional training for re-certification, and requirements for technical support to the training organization.
