Abstract This Decree of the Ministry of Environment, which is composed of four articles and one Annex, lays down, in accordance with appropriate European Union legislation, details on labeling of hazardous substances. Art. 2 regulates provisions for groups of hazardous substances present in the mixture and art. 3 concerns chemical functional groups and chemical elements. The Annex specifies functional groups and chemical elements that can be used when creating the generic name.
