Abstract This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture, which is composed of 12 articles and one Annex, establishes, in accordance with the legislation of the European Community, method of calculation and labeling nutritional values of foodstuffs placed on the market intended for final consumers or mass caterers. The Decree does not apply to packaging of water, supplements or foodstuffs intended for particular nutritional purposes. The Annex specifies recommended daily doses of vitamins and minerals.
