Abstract This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of nine articles and two Annexes, lays down details on keeping, possession and registration of dangerous animals. These provisions apply to breeding facilities where rearing or keeping dangerous animals, except approved zoos. Art. 3 specifies dangerous animals divided into five classes: spiders, cartilaginous fishes, amphibians, reptiles and mammals. Art. 4 provides general requirements for breeding and keeping of dangerous animals and art. 5 describes general requirements for breeding facility of dangerous animals.
