This Decree enters into force on 1 July 2012.
Abstract

This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of 11 articles and four Annexes, lays down details on: (a) registration of farm breeding and identification of animals; (b) registration of animals; (c) conditions of farmed breeding; (d) special conditions of housing, feeding, watering and game handling of deer, mouflon and wild boars; (e) special housing conditions and handling of hare and fur animals; (f) special conditions of housing, feeding, watering and handling of birds; (g) conditions of slaughtering of livestock and marketing of products from farmed breeding. Animals are kept for farmed breeding for the following purposes: breeding and production of animals, obtaining products including production of animals for slaughter, sports or other uses.
