Abstract This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of 14 articles and seven Annexes, lays down details on identification and registration of swine. Each specimen must be marked with a plastic ear mark or tattoo on the left ear. The forms of theses markings are specified in Annex 1. Registration of breeding is announced before the operation and before the first movement of animals for breeding. The form of breeding registration is specified in Annex 3.
