Abstract This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of six articles and four Annexes, lays down details on identification and registration of equine animals. Art. 1 provides details on the identification of equine animals. Art. 2 establishes provisions concerning registration of equine animals. Art. 3 explains how to report changes of the owner of an equine animal, death, culling, slaughter, loss, castration or relocation of an animal due to participation in the breeding or sporting events.
