Abstract This Decree of the Ministry of Environment, which is composed of 11 articles and 11 Annexes, establishes, according to art. 62 point l of the Air Protection Act, requirements for the quality of fuel: solid fossil fuels (specified in art. 3); heating oils (art. 4); motor fuels (art. 5); marine fuels (art. 6) and fuels made from waste (art. 7). Furthermore the present Decree establishes provisions concerning keeping operational records on fuels, the scope, type and method of providing data to the information system and the district office by an entrepreneur who produces, imports or sells fuels.
