Abstract This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of eight articles and four Annexes, lays down provisions with respect to fruit juice, fruit juice from concentrate, concentrated fruit juice, dehydrated or powdered fruit juice and fruit nectar. Art. 2 provides definitions of different types of fruit juices and certain similar products covered by the present Decree. Art. 4 defines requirements for the production of fruit juice. Art. 5 concerns labeling fruit juice and fruit nectar. Annex 1 contains particular requirements for fruit nectars.
