This Decree enters into force on 1 March 2012.
Abstract

This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of eight articles and two Annexes, lays down requirements for production, importation and marketing of the following products made from fruits: jams, jellies, marmalades and sweetened chestnut puree. Annex 1 specifies minimum amount of fruit used to produce 1 kg of the given finished product.
