Abstract This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture, which is composed of nine articles and two Annexes, establishes, in accordance with the European Community legislation, requirements for the composition of food supplements (art. 2), their labeling (art. 3), the use of food supplements (art. 4) and requirements for the composition of food (art. 5). Annex 1 sets out conditions of the use of certain other substances in food supplements. Annex 2 specifies the list of certain substances prohibited for food production.
