Abstract This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of six articles and three Annexes, lays down requirements for food caseins and food caseinates intended for human consumption and requirement for their mixtures. Annex 1 provides requirements for individual types of sour and sweet food caseins and Annex 2 for food caseinates. These requirements include composition, contaminants, pollutants, technological permitted substances and organoleptic properties.
