This Decree enters into force on 1 March 2012.
Abstract

This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of six articles and three Annexes, lays down equivalent conditions to ensure the protection of public health and the safety and wholesomeness of the foodstuffs concerned. The present Decree regulates: (a) the content of erucic acid in oils and fats or mixtures intended for human consumption and in foodstuffs containing added oils and fats or mixtures; (b) requirements for the transport of bulk liquid oils and fats intended for human consumption.
