Abstract This Decree of the Ministry Industry and Trade, which is composed of seven articles and ten Annexes, lays down, pursuant to European Community legislation: the content of the energy assessment, the method of its processing and its scope, and data kept in the Energy Consumption Monitoring System. Energy assessment means a written report containing information on the assessment of compliance with predetermined technical, ecological and economic parameters determined by the contracting authority of the energy assessment, including results and evaluation. The energy consumption monitoring system is a non-public information system of the public administration which keeps data on buildings owned and used by central institutions with a total energy reference area of over 250 m2 and their energy consumption.
