Abstract This Decree of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia lays down details on the tasks related to mandatory municipal services of drinking water supply and certain conditions for the supply of drinking water. The present Decree establishes measures concerning drinking water supply: contents of the operational program for the protection of environment, which refers to the drinking water supply, and obligations of municipalities and public service concerning drinking water supply.
