Abstract

The Decree of the Ministry of Environment, which is composed of seven articles and four Annexes, establishes (i) details on decontamination of polychlorinated biphenyls; (ii) referential methods for detecting polychlorinated biphenyls in decontaminated equipment, objects, materials and liquids; (iii) technical requirements and methods of disposal of polychlorinated biphenyls excluding combustion.
