Abstract This Decree governs the mandatory content of the request for determining the fulfillment of necessary conditions for paying the reduced amount of compensation for renewable energy sources and high-efficiency cogeneration (compensation for RES), the evidence and documentation that the entrepreneur submits with the request, the method and methodology for calculating the arithmetic average gross added value of entrepreneurs and costs for electricity, calculation of electric intensity, limit values and in relation to them the classification of entrepreneurs who pay a reduced fee for RES and the method and methodology of calculating the reduction of related compensations.
