Abstract This Decree of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia, which is composed of 18 articles, lays down provisions governing concession for administering in inland fishery districts of the Republic of Slovenia. The concession contract includes in particular: (1) fishing district of the concession; (2) activity for which the concessionaire is registered; (3) entry into force and duration of the concession contract; (4) amount and method of paying concession fees; (5) obligations of the concessionaire relating to fishery management; (6) method of keeping required records and reporting; (7) obligations of the concessionaire in issuing fishing permits; (8) obligations of the concessionaire relating to the cooperation with fisheries inspectors; (9) conditions of transferring the concession to another person or entity; (10) the way of changing the concession contract.
