This Decree enters into force on 1 January 2016.
Abstract

This Decree of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, which is composed of four articles and two Annexes, lays down procedures, deadlines for submitting and processing applications for compensation for electricity consumed by a customer in the Czech Republic and produced from renewable sources of energy in another Member State of the European Union, the form of the request for compensation (specified in Annex 1), and the way and conditions of payment of the compensation. Annex 2 provides the scope of information required together with the request for compensation.
