This Decree entered into force on 11 May 2013.
Abstract

This Decree of the Republic of Slovenia, which is composed of ten articles, lays down procedures for the implementation of European Union bluefin tuna catch documentation programme aimed at supporting the implementation of conservation and management measures adopted by the International Commission for the Conservation of Atlantic Tunas (ICCAT). The authorities responsible for the implementation of these provisions are: the ministry responsible for agriculture and the environment, the Inspectorate of the Republic of Slovenia for Agriculture and the Environment and the Customs Administration of the Republic of Slovenia. The present Decree establishes also related offenses.
