Abstract

This Decree lays down detailed provisions in implementation of Regional Act No. 3 of 1994 on wildlife protection and hunting. These implementing provisions concern the definition of territorial hunting areas, the composition and functioning of related management committees, provincial plans on hunting, registration of hunters, protection zones and repopulation zones.
