Abstract: The present Decree lays down some amendments to Decree of the President of the Regional Executive No. 10 of 2003 concerning the procedure for the issue of concessions for diversion of public waters. The amended provisions regard the definition of domestic use of water, rules on domestic use of groundwaters, the administrative procedure to be followed for the issue of related concessions.
