This Decree enters into force on the day after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Decree, having in regard the contents of the Directive 2000/60/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2000 establishing a framework for Community action in the field of water policy, and in relation to the Legislative Decree of 3 April 2006, n. 152, containing «Rules in environmental matters ", and its subsequent modifications, here officially approves and adopts the second water management Plan of the hydrographic district of the Southern Apennines.
