Decree of the President of the Council of Ministers 4 April 2018 Identification and transfer of personnel units, instrumental and financial resources of the Basin Authorities, as per Law no. 183/1989, to the District Basin Authority of the Eastern Alps and determination of the organic endowment of the District Basin Authority of the Eastern Alps, pursuant to Article 63, paragraph 4, of Legislative Decree 3 April 2006, no. 152 and of the decree n. 294 of 25 October 2016.

Entry into force notes
This Decree enters into force on the day after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Decree determines that the suppressed authorities of the Upper Adriatic basin and the Adige river shall be transferred to the new competent and indicated District Basin Authority of the Eastern Alps.
