Decree of the President of the Council of Ministers 4 April 2018 Concerning the identification and transfer to the River Basin District Authority for the Appennino Settentrionale District of the River Basin Authority's, under the Law 183/1989, staff, instrumental resources and financial assets; and workforce analysis for the Appennino Settentrionale River Basin District Authority under the article 63, paragraph 4 (d) of the Legislative Decree 3 April 2006 n. 152 and Ministerial Decree 25 October 2016, n. 294.

This Decree enters into force on the day after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Decree here identifies and transfers all staff units as well as all instrumental resources, including offices, and financial resources of the suppressed Tiber River Basin Authority to the Central Apennine District Basin Authority, on the basis of methods and criteria established by relevant national legislation as listed in article 1.
