Entry into force notes
This Decree enters into force on 31 December 1998.
Abstract

Section 2 gives a definition of residues of pesticides: they are defined as substances present in food which are not additives or substances added during processing and which are of such nature that they can render the food unsuitable for human consumption. Maximum levels are indicated in the Annex. If a value is not indicated, the maximum level shall be the one approved by the Codex Alimentarius Commission
