This Decree entered into force on 12 May 2021.
Abstract

The present Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry lays down rules concerning the prohibitions and measures aimed at preventing the transmission of highly pathogenic avian influenza from wild birds to poultry and other captive birds. It contains rules concerning the feed and water given to poultry birds, requirements to keep birds outside, and transporting birds for animal shows and competitions.
