This Decree entered into force on 19 May 2021.
Abstract

The present Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry prohibits to keep swine outdoors and specifies the exceptions to that rule. It also prohibits to move wild boar from their original habitat. Its Annex regulates the requirements for fencing areas where swines are kept.
