This Decree entered into force on 21 April 2021.
Abstract

The present Decree lays down rules concerning the export of animals and animal products outside of the European Union subject to registration obligations as listed in the Annex. Exporters shall agree with the competent authority on a time and place for carrying out the export control referred to in section 54 of the Act on animal diseases (No. 76 of 2021) and regulate the issuance of animal health certificates for exports covered by the Decree. Rules concerning the use of the national computerized information management system are also included.
