Abstract

This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry prescribes, in accordance with the Law on Plant Protection Products, rules for, among other things: approval of active substances in plant protection products within the EC; authorization of plant protection products; extension of authorization for the placing on the market of a plant protection product; temporary authorization of a plant protection product; provisional authorization of a plant protection product; sampling and testing; procedures for authorization; restrictions regarding authorization imposed by the Food Safety Authority; parallel import of preparations, experiments on animals.
