This Decree enters into force the day of its publication.
Abstract

This Decree, composed of 4 articles, declares of social interest, for the purposes of the agrarian reform, the following rural properties: "Pedra Branca", in Campestre Municipalkity, Alagoas State; "Fazenda Genipapo", in the Municipality of Tapiramutá, Bahia State; "Fazenda Piscamba ou Laranjeira", in the Municipality of Cristalina, Goiás State; "Fazenda Esperança, Capoeira do Meio Lagoa do Porto e Monte Alvão", in the Municipality of Esmeraldas, Minas Gerais State; "Sítio Arara", Municipality of Areial, Paraíba State; "Canto do Melo", in the Municiplaity of Pedro II, Piauí State. The Decree establishes the competence of the National Institute for the Agriculture Reform (INCRA) to promote and supervise the expropriation of the aforementioned rural lands.
