This Decree enters into force the day of its publication.
Abstract

This Decree, composed of 4 articles, declares of social interest, for the purposes of the agrarian reform, the following rural properties: "Fazenda Várzea Grande", in the Municipality of Bom Jesus da Lapa, Bahia State; "Fazenda Pedra Grande", in the Municipality of Lagedo do Tabocal, Bahia State; "Fazenda Bem Posta", in the Municipality of Santa Quitéria Ceará State; "Fazenda Pará", in the Municipality of Caridade, Ceará State; "Fazenda São José", in the Municipality of Vila Valério, Espírito Santo State; "Fazenda Ponte Queimada", in the Municipality of Barra do Garças, Mato Grosso State; "Fazenda Atalaia", in the Municipality of Macaé, Rio de Janeiro State. The Decree establishes the competence of the National Institute for the Agriculture Reform (INCRA) to promote and supervise the expropriation of the aforementioned rural lands.
