This Decree comes into force on 1 July 2001.
Abstract

This Decree of the Ministry of the Environment implements the Act on Waste and on Amendment of Certain Acts. It consists of four articles and five annexes and it provides for the classification of wastes designed for recovery in three different categories: green, amber and red. Under article 2, if waste cannot be classified to the lists under article 1 (green, amber and red) it shall be classified to the same type of waste which best corresponds to its characteristics or origin.
