Abstract

Deputy Head of Administration decrees to validate the Regulation. Regulation determines general modalities and conditions of organization and carrying out open tenders for the concession of territories (defined areas of water) for hunting. The document consists of 7 Sections. Section 1 lays down the general provisions. Section 2 determines the requirements for the participants in the tenders. Section 3 establishes the requirements for the documentation presented by the participants in the tenders. Section 4 concerns notification of carrying out tender. Section 5 determines the modalities of forwarding and examination of the documentation of the participants in the tender. Section 6 determines the modalities of carrying out tenders. Section 7 regards dispute settlement.
