Abstract

Head of Regional Administration decrees to validate Hunting Regulation. The document consists of 10 Sections and contains 5 Annexes. Section 1 lays down the general provisions. Section 2 determines the list of protected species, prohibited hunting gear and hunting methods. Section 3 regards hunting with gun-dogs, training gun-dogs for hunting and setting for game. Section 4 regards hunting of wild hoofed animals. Section 5 regards hunting on fur animals. Article 6 regards bird hunting. Article 7 regards hunting with hunting birds. Article 8 regards regulation of animals causing damage to hunting reserves. Article 9 regards wildlife products. Article 10 establishes liability for the infringement of the present Regulation. Annex 1 regards civil liability for the damage caused to state hunting reserves. Annex 2 establishes tariffs for the damaged caused by illegal hunting of protected wildlife species. Annex 3 contains the list of wildlife fur species subject to hunting. Article 4 contains the complete list of game on the territory of the Vladimir Region. Article 5 contains the list of fur wildlife species whose skin must be returned to procurement organizations.
